Our Response to Covid-19

Dear Canvastry Customers,

We want to update all our customers regarding the steps we are taking to mitigate risk and protect your business. Our top priority in the time is the safety of our employees and customers.

Here are the current processes that we have put in place as we monitor and adapt to recommendations from local government, the CDC and WHO. 

  • Remote Work - All employees who are able to work from home are doing so including our marketing & design teams.
  • Facility Cleaning - All frequently touched surfaces in the workplace, such as workstations, countertops, equipment, and doorknobs, are cleaned with antibacterial/viral disinfectant. 
  • Workspace Cleaning - Printing stations now have one employee per station with plenty of room between stations. Station cleanings and disinfecting occur at the beginning and end of each shift. 
  • Employee Health - We have increased the deployment of antibacterial hand sanitizers, wipes, and antibacterial/viral disinfectant spray throughout our facilities with a scheduled cleaning routine throughout the day.  

Some common questions that may arise are:

  • “Is it safe to receive a package from any area where COVID-19 has been reported?” The World Health Organization states "Yes. The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, traveled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low."
  • “Are there any planned closures?” At this time, the risk to our community is low, and there is no planned closure. We are currently implementing contingency plans to help us continue to operate and limit any impact on your business – all while keeping safety at the forefront.
  • “Do you foresee any inventory issues?” We are currently maintaining plenty of stock on all of our products and are working to make sure we will have inventory for the foreseeable future on our most popular goods.
